For Quality Assurance Engagements:

 

For best results and most effective Quality Assurance we typically ask the client side project manager to provide us with the following materials:

 

Creative Brief, Design Document / Design Spec, Functional Spec, Flow / Wireframes, Client Notes & Feedback, Original Proposal Document minus any sensitive content, and optionally a QA Test Plan by the Tech Lead or a Technical Spec.


For Community Moderation Engagements:

In order to become an effective moderation partner and best represent the voice and values of the community we typically ask our clients to provide us with the following:

 

Moderation Guidelines (if they exist), Moderation Tools & Manuals, Brand Guidelines & Messaging, Company Vision, Mission, Values, Press Releases and Articles that touch on the spirit of the community.
